I-8 east from San Diego to Sunrise Highway to Meadow Information Kiosk after first cattle guard. Vehicles should parking available along both sides of the highway.

Description

Trail winds through pine forest for two miles past a small reservoir (Water of the Woods) and connects of the Big Laguna Trail. There are beautiful views of meadows and panoramic views of the ocean at one popular overlook. Big Laguna Lake lies to the east.
